Participants of the Workation Vilnius
In September 2017, three amazing brands joined forces to form a new Consumer team as part of the BT Group. Now, BT, EE and Plusnet will be working under the same roof to provide the best connections, the best service, and the best experiences to all our customers. And we’ll also aim to create a connection in every UK home by 2025.
Our BT Digital team designs, builds, transforms and improves the BT.com website and our host of BT mobile apps to make them easy-to-use and keep our customers happy. We do this using the latest technology to deliver innovation. Digital is now the largest customer contact point – with the majority of our sales and service transactions happening online or via our mobile app – and forms a big part of our future and our approach to transforming customer experiences. Whether it’s checking your bill on My BT, catching highlights of the latest Champions League game, or ordering your BT Mobile Family SIM, we make it easy for customers to get what they want. We have designers, digital marketers, developers, product managers, ecommerce managers and lots of other people who make up our team!
The Digital Service team coming to Vilnius consists mainly of product managers who are responsible for defining the strategy and requirements for delivering a brilliant customer service experience through our bt.com website and the My BT app, which are both used by millions of customers every month to view their bills, manage their accounts, add additional services, get assistance, and much more.

We’re a rapidly expanding and multicultural startup that currently employs 85 people in DK, IRL, UK, GE . Our team needs to be together for some time, get inspiration and take part in some team building in order to develop a new product vision and achieve exceptional results. We are motivated by the idea of opening new doors and exploring new markets. We’re already expanding in multiple European countries and Lithuania might be next.
Who we are: 80% of all orders from order-portals like Just-Eat are from returning customers. They don’t need the portals to help them search for a take-away place. They already know where they want it from. OrderYOYO help restaurants get their own ordering and engagement platform to save the 20% commission on every order and start owning their own customers base. We help restaurants take back control of their businesses and increase their turnover and profit margins.
